The role focuses on patent prosecution in computer science, software, and AI, with collaboration with clients to develop robust patent strategies, and drafting and filing patent applications.

Qualified candidates will have a JD, at least two years of patent prosecution experience, and strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with admission to the state
