Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC seeks a Software Development Manager to lead the software lifecycle for CJMTK at NGA, Fort Belvoir, VA. Qualifications

• Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
• Clearance: Must have and maintain a TS/SCI with Counter-Intelligence Polygraph.
• Education/Years of Experience: MS/MA in computer science, software engineering, software architecture, AI/ML, Cybersecurity or related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience compliant with GSA standards.
• Experience managing the software acquisition lifecycle for DoD or IC programs.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFAR and NGA/NARI implementations.

Responsibilities

• Assist System Program Office leadership in operation and maintenance of CJMTK.
• Attend meetings with government personnel and contractor contacts.
• Support government team in assessing programmatic and technical issues across CJMTK lifecycle.
• Provide analysis, recommendations, and artifacts to leadership.
• Collaborate with NGA offices and external agencies for issue resolution.
