Job summary

Apogee seeks a Lifecycle Acquisition Program Manager – SME to support the NGA Architecture and Engineering Group at Fort Belvoir, VA. This on-site role focuses on rapid acquisition and transition of secure solutions to meet strategic objectives and customer needs.

The ideal candidate will lead cost, schedule, and performance management for DCGS/PED activities, coordinate with government personnel, and ensure alignment with DoD/NGA directives. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required; TS/SCI clearance with Counter-Intelligence Polygraph (within last 5 years or within 90 days of hire).
• Experience managing cloud-based IT infrastructure (AWS).
• Experience with tactical sensors and data integration with DoD/NGA or US partners.
• Expertise in system engineering processes: requirements analysis, interface definition, implementation planning for large complex systems.
• Familiarity with NGA/DoD acquisition processes and procedures.
• Tactical ISR experience with new/emerging collectors; interoperability, testing, demonstrations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Project).

Responsibilities

• Support Architecture and Engineering Group Government personnel in cost, schedule, and performance management of DCGS/PED activities.
• Attend, host, or facilitate meetings to assess status and issues related to cost, schedule, and performance of NGA-sponsored experiments, exercises, and demonstrations.
• Manage cost, schedule, and performance of LOEs and NGA-sponsored experiments and demonstrations.
• Review deliverables (ES Reports); track actions and provide recommendations aligned with government direction.
• Integrate feedback from internal and external organizations to provide analysis, options, and recommendations to government personnel.
• Manage NGA internal engagement in support of OUSD(I&S) DCGS/PED activities.
• Manage engagement in support of OUSD(I&S) DCGS/PED activities.
