Job summary

Meijer is hiring for store associate roles focused on stocking shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting customers. You will move products from pallets to shelves, manage back-room inventory, and assist leadership to ensure tasks are completed on time.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; prior experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus. Overnight shifts are available to prepare the store for each day.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly interactions with customers when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products
• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas
• Work closely with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
