Job summary

Meijer in Lafayette, IN is looking for friendly team members to stock shelves, move products from pallets to shelves, and keep back rooms organized. Overnight shifts help keep the store ready for daily operations, with training provided and opportunities for advancement.

You will work closely with leadership to meet daily goals, assist customers, and contribute to a supportive, fast-paced team that values accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move products from pallets or carts to correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back-room areas.
• Work with leadership to ensure areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products
• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas
• Work closely with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time

What You Bring
