Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Auburn, NY is seeking a Retail Manager to supervise one or more Sales Departments, manage merchandising, inventory control and pricing, and lead staff development and customer service initiatives.

Responsibilities include meeting financial plans, opening and closing the store, serving as Manager on Duty, maintaining planograms, interviewing and training staff, and coaching a results-driven team.

Starting pay range is $62,353.20 to $68,200.00 per year plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience.
Experience supervising one or more sales departments.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and adjust inventories.

Responsibilities

Supervise sales departments and ensure merchandising standards.
Drive financial plans and execution of store sales programs.
Open/close the store and manage duty manager responsibilities.
Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; schedule and develop performance.
Resolve customer and associate issues and ensure a legendary shopping experience.
