• Friendly, outgoing and comfortable working with people.
• Love to ski or snowboard and understand how it works.
• Basic computer skills for transactions and inventory.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in the store.
• Develop rapport with customers to understand needs.
• Build trust through product knowledge and accurate information.
• Bring the sale to a successful close.
• Expand the sale with related products or warranties as appropriate.
• Operate the cash register to complete the sale.
• Merchandise the store by stocking shelves and displays.
• Other duties as assigned.
