Qualifications

• Be friendly and comfortable working with people.
• Love to ski or snowboard and know how the gear works.
• Basic computer skills are needed.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Schedule flexibility to include nights, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-store and build rapport to understand needs.
• Provide product knowledge and deliver accurate information.
• Close the sale and expand the sale with accessories or warranties as appropriate.
• Operate the cash register to complete transactions.
• Merchandise the store by stocking shelves and displays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
