Job summary

Christy Sports, located inside the St. Regis Aspen Resort, is seeking a hands-on Softgoods Supervisor to lead the apparel department. You will coach staff, craft compelling displays, and ensure a stylish, welcoming shopping experience for guests from around the world.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and resort team to align with Christy Sports and St. Regis standards, creating growth paths toward Store Manager roles and enhancing the guest journey.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail or hospitality environments.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities to develop staff.
• Ability to create memorable guest experiences through service and product recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the softgoods department, establishing priorities and maintaining an organized, stylish, and shoppable environment.
• Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to employees on product knowledge and guest service.
• Create memorable guest experiences through personalized service and thoughtful product recommendations.
• Implement visual merchandising plans and seasonal setups that are brand-aligned and engaging.
• Ensure merchandise is priced, stocked, clean, and presented to brand standards.
• Monitor sales trends, inventory needs, and guest feedback to identify improvements.
• Motivate the team to hit sales goals while maintaining a guest-focused atmosphere.
• Delegate daily tasks, follow up on execution, and recognize strong performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to open/close and lead when manager is unavailable.
• Support inventory accuracy, loss prevention, safety, and company policies.
