Christy Sports at the St. Regis Aspen Resort seeks a style-savvy Softgoods Supervisor to lead the apparel department, coach staff, and maintain an elevated, on-brand shopping experience just steps from Aspen Mountain.

You will partner with the Store Manager and resort team to deliver cohesive guest experiences, grow retail leadership skills, and prepare for future advancement within Christy Sports.

Qualifications

• Passion for apparel, fashion, visual merchandising, and guest experiences.
• Previous retail leadership, coaching, or direction experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team-motivation skills.
• Ability to resolve guest and operational concerns and adapt to trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the softgoods department to maintain an organized, stylish, and shoppable environment.
• Coach and support employees on product knowledge, selling skills, and guest service.
• Create memorable guest experiences with personalized service and product recommendations.
• Implement visual merchandising plans and seasonal setups aligned with brand standards.
