Job summary

A professional training facility in Natick is seeking part-time Softball Pitching Instructors to teach players of all ages. Ideal candidates will have detailed knowledge of softball pitching and preferably prior instructing experience. Responsibilities include conducting instructional classes, using video analysis tools, and setting up equipment. This role requires enthusiasm for the game and availability on select afternoons and weekends. An initial training period is included and paid.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of softball pitching and experience in instruction are essential.
• Must have a professional attitude and be able to work collaboratively with a team.
• Flexibility in scheduling is required for weekday afternoons and weekends.
• Willingness to work on a team of instructors; excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiasm and a love for the game.
• Available to work select weekday afternoons through evenings and/or weekend days.

Frozen Ropes in Natick is hiring part‑time Softball Pitching Instructors for players of all ages. We are looking for individuals that want to work at a professional training facility and contribute to the expansion of Frozen Ropes in the Metrowest Boston area. New instructors will be paid during an initial training period.

Responsibilities

• Baseball and Softball instruction for players of all ages in group classes and private lessons held at our facility and at offsite locations
• Knowledge of all Frozen Ropes programs
• Training and adhering to Frozen Ropes instructional philosophies
• Use of scheduling system to view upcoming classes, camps, lesson and other events, review of lesson notes
• Use of video analysis system
• Setting up rental equipment
• Execution of daily projects including opening and closing procedures with end of day cleanup

Requirements

• High School or College softball pitching experience
