Qualifications

• Requires prior softball pitching instruction or coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and small-group pitching lessons
• Teach proper pitching mechanics, arm care, accuracy, movement, and confidence in the circle
• Develop individualized training plans for athletes
• Provide constructive feedback and track player progress
• Foster a positive, energetic, and professional training environment
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff
