Job summary

Plainfield High School is seeking an Athletics/Activities/Coaching professional to oversee sports programs and supervise student-athletes. The role requires a BA degree, a valid NJ Teaching Certificate, CPR/AED and Sports First Aid certifications, and prior coaching experience.

• Education: BA Degree (Note: only in very special and unusual situations, the county Substitute requirements may be sufficient).
• Requirement: (Valid County Substitute Certificate may be sufficient).
• Experience: Previous assistant or head coaching experience is desired. Sufficient participation in the designated sport where basic skills and techniques of the game are learned and some mastered.
