Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking a dedicated athletics/activities coach for Plainfield High School. This role requires a BA degree and NJ teaching certification with CPR/AED and sports first aid; experience in coaching is preferred.

Responsibilities include leading practices, supervising athletes, and ensuring safety and skill development across the designated sport. This posting closes on 16 September 2026.

Qualifications

• BA degree required; county substitute certificate may be sufficient in special cases

• Previous assistant or head coaching experience preferred

Qualifications:

• Education: BA Degree (Note: only in very special and unusual situations, the county Substitute requirements may be sufficient).
• Requirement: (Valid County Substitute Certificate may be sufficient).
• Experience: Previous assistant or head coaching experience is desired. Sufficient participation in the designated sport where basic skills and techniques of the game are learned and some mastered.
