Job summary

Plainfield High School is seeking an Athletics/Activities/Coaching professional to oversee sports programs and assist with daily athletic activities. The role requires strong coaching background and ability to support student-athletes in skill development and game preparation.

Applicants should hold a BA degree and a valid New Jersey Teaching Certificate, CPR/AED and Sports First Aid, with substitute certification considered in special cases.

Qualifications

• BA degree required; substitute requirements may suffice in special cases.
• Valid county substitute certificate may be sufficient.
• Previous assistant or head coaching experience desired; participation in sport where basic skills are learned and some mastered.
