Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of college, high school, or other 16u-18u coaching experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach student-athletes.
• Organize, schedule and supervise practice sessions.
• Schedule games.
• Coordinate team travel.
• Perform administrative tasks including budget management.
• Order and inventory all equipment.
• Generate additional funds through fundraising.
• Hire and supervise assistant coaches.
• Provide high quality moral and ethical leadership.
• Participate in achieving departmental and college goals.
