Job summary

Job Summary

MoWest Softball is looking for individuals to assist with the Softball Program for the 2026 and 2027 season. This position supports the Softball program by assisting with the maintenance and improvement of the softball field, batting cages, locker room, and other team facilities. The student employee will help maintain the high standards established for the program while gaining hands‑on experience in facility and equipment operations.

Required Qualifications

• Current MoWest student
• Degree Seeking
• Enrolled in at least 6 hours
• At least an overall 2.0 GPA
• Ability to perform physical work outdoors
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a player or manager for a softball team preferred
• Experience with athletic field maintenance or groundskeeping
• Organizational skills
