Job summary

Under supervision, you will implement athletic policies, organize clinics, manage equipment, coordinate scheduling, and help guide players academically and personally while coordinating with the Athletic Director.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching softball at a high school level.
• Ability to enforce athletic policies and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication with students, staff and parents.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach with daily practices and game responsibilities.
• Help implement athletic policies approved by the district.
• Coordinate scheduling, transportation, and equipment for events.
• Monitor student academics and conduct, and communicate progress.
• Provide supervision and guidance to assistants and student managers.
