Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from regionally accredited institution.
• Two or more seasons of college coaching experience including recruiting, scheduling, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and coach the TAMIU Softball program including scheduling and updating statistics.
• Manage budget within director's guidance; submit receipts and reports on time.
• Ensure NCAA and Lone Star Conference compliance and uphold institutional policies.
• Support student-athlete academic performance and welfare; provide a safe environment.
• Supervise staff and assist with public relations, camps, clinics, and fundraising.
