Job summary

Five Star Infrastructure Services, dBA InterCon/Five Star Energy Services/M&C Utility in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled laborer with a Class A CDL to safely operate equipment and support projects. You will read blueprints, follow safety procedures, and coordinate daily work schedules while maintaining clean paperwork and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Class A CDL is required.
• 1–3 years of experience as a laborer or similar role.
• Familiarity with Soft Surface Restoration preferred.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communication regarding daily and projected work schedules, assigned responsibilities, hazards, safety protocols, etc.
• Ensures safe and efficient operation/completion of assigned jobs.
• Safely operates equipment and utilizes materials and/or tools required for job completion.
• Organizes, leads, and trains employees to complete projects within established time frame and guidelines.
• Reads and follows blueprint, specifications, and other documents required for the job.
• Completes necessary paperwork and related documentation.
• Adheres to all Company safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
