Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• CAD illustration and vector tracing skills.
• Graphic design experience with practical product design development.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Mac systems.
• Strong fashion sense to identify market and consumer trends.
• Understanding of materials, textiles, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• AI skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to develop trend-forward accessories for women, teens, tweens, and young adults.
• Communicate with overseas development offices and production teams.
• Create designs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Research market trends and contribute ideas for new product concepts.
• Develop CADs, tech packs, line sheets, color stories, patterns, and colorways.
• Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and prototypes for production.
• Conduct quality-control checks on samples and finished products.
• Provide photo retouching support as needed.
