Job summary

NexCaps Production in Riviera Beach, US is seeking an Encapsulation Machine Operator I to assist with encapsulation processes and machine operation. The role requires following SOPs, maintaining batch records, and ensuring GMP compliance in a full-time position.

Responsibilities include handling drying trays, assisting with changeovers, and helping with in-process testing while maintaining a safe, clean work environment and accurate documentation throughout production runs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and work in a GMP environment.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs related to Soft Gel and Encapsulation equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation on batch records.
• Assist with loading drying trays and moving stacks of trays.
• Support with equipment changeovers and QA clearances as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and maintain a safe manufacturing environment.
