Job summary

Kiowa Casino Group is seeking a Soft Count Team Member to accurately count and verify money from table games, poker, and slot drop boxes. You will enter data into computer systems, maintain precise records, and ensure compliance with all gaming regulations.

The role requires high integrity, the ability to pass a background check and obtain a gaming license, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced casino environment. Training will emphasize guest service standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience counting money and handling cash is preferred.
• Knowledge of gaming operations and related regulations is a plus.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Count contents of table games, poker games, and slot currency drop boxes and record counts.
• Input soft count data and related financial information into computer systems.
• Maintain accurate records of drops, money totals, discrepancies and daily activities.
• Process forms and documentation as needed.
• Operate currency counters, calculators, and related software.
• Adhere to Kiowa policies, MICS, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain confidentiality.
• Monitor and report discrepancies and unusual findings.
• Stay informed about events, hours, and important information.
• Perform additional duties or projects as assigned.
