Job summary

Kiowa is seeking a Soft Count Team Member to accurately count and verify currency from table games, poker, and slot drops. You will record counts, input data into the computer system, and maintain precise logs to ensure compliance with state and tribal regulations.

You must be 21+, able to pass background checks, and handle high-volume money processing with confidentiality. This full-time role requires attention to detail in a fast-paced casino environment and adherence to Kiowa's guest service

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year prior cashiering experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of the Gaming Industry and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive Soft Count drops and review, count, and sort money; verify accuracy.
• Input Soft Count and other financial data into an assigned computer system.
• Maintain accurate records and logs related to Soft Count drops and money totals.
• Operate a currency counter, calculator, computer, and assigned software.
• Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of hours of operation and other pertinent information.
• Perform additional duties or projects as assigned.
