Job summary

KMS Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced SOF Management Analyst II to support the Undersea Special Mission Systems program office (PMS 390) at the Washington Navy Yard in DC. The role focuses on program management, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and briefing preparation to advance DoD priorities.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, tracking deliverables, researching innovative solutions, and supporting reviews and travel as needed to support PMS 390J objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, logistics, or related discipline; Navy/DoD experience may substitute for a degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Navy/DoD programs.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Strong writing and analytical skills; ability to communicate to all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management support for planning and development of Undersea Special Mission Systems.
• Gather, organize, and analyze data related to objectives, capability gaps, emerging technologies, and fleet needs.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, contractor teams, technical representatives, logistics personnel, and users to ensure timely information exchange and issue resolution.
• Schedule, coordinate, and document internal and external program meetings, including agendas and action items.
• Facilitate contractor discussions and track deliverables and follow-up actions to closure.
• Support program reviews, technical interchange meetings, design reviews, logistics reviews, and executive briefings.
