Job summary

Prescient Edge seeks a Special Activities Team Lead (SATL) to support a Federal government client. The SATL will act as primary interface with the PM, MRR COR, and MRB SA SMEs, lead SA management and coordinate across all SA tasks, and oversee SA personnel.

Travel up to 50% may be required, including deployment to austere environments and OCONUS locations. The role demands prior SOF experience, ASOTC graduate status, and proven leadership in SMU or equivalent units, with a focus on mission

Qualifications

• 6 years of SOF experience from graduation in a SOF pipeline as operator or leader.
• Minimum of 3 SOF combat deployments, 1 with ASOT TTPs.
• ASOTC graduate and operational Special Activities experience.
• Current driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface with the PM, MRR COR, and MRB SA SMEs.
• Perform SA management and coordination across all SA tasks and related duties.
• Advise, assist, and coordinate SA script writing and training.
• Interview potential candidates and coordinate with government criteria.
• Travel to remote OCONUS locations and work with minimal supervision.
