Job summary

Prescient Edge seeks a Regiment Training and Education Group Training Support Specialist to support a Federal government client. You will design and coordinate training schedules, evaluate personnel, and enforce DOCTRINE and SOPs. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualified candidates bring 10+ years SOF experience and a formal instructor background, plus the ability to operate across multiple units and missions. A strong commitment to safety and mission readiness is essential.

Qualifications

• 10 years of SOF experience from graduation in SMU or equivalent.
• 5 SOF combat deployments conducting ground warfare operations.
• 3 years in conception, modeling, development and coordination of exercise scenarios or formal instructor school graduate.
• Current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement RRTEG training functions and schedules.
• Interface with RRTEG staff and supported units; participate in required meetings.
• Provide training and evaluation of individuals and units; teach doctrine and SOPs.
• Prepare training events, equipment, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate input for After Action Reports (AAR).
