Job summary

Raven Advisory is seeking a Primary Instructor (LOE 1, Non-Medic) to support the PFC course at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. In this role, you will teach non-medical instruction, craft realistic tactical scenarios, and oversee field exercises.

You will work closely with medical instructors while focusing on operational training and safety protocols. The ideal candidate has at least five years of SOF medical experience, recent PFC training delivery to MARSOC, and the stamina to handle rigorous

Qualifications

• Minimum five years SOF medical experience with MOS Q or equivalent.
• Experience delivering PFC training to MARSOC personnel within the past two years.
• Ability to lift 50+ lb and move over varied terrain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary instructor for non-medical instruction in the PFC course.
• Design and run tactical scenarios for field exercises.
• Manage field training logistics, including ranges, vehicles, safety and risk assessments.
• Evaluate student learning progress and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain training records and deliver reports to the program lead.
