Job summary

Maximus is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide direct-access evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and injury mitigation support for Special Operations Forces (SOF) personnel. The PT serves as an independent licensed practitioner and integral member of the Physical Domain program, helping optimize mission readiness, physical performance, and musculoskeletal health.
