Job summary

Reef Systems is seeking a fully qualified Doctor of Physical Therapy to support the 10 ASOS at Fort Riley, KS, implementing a comprehensive Human Performance Optimization program. The PT will assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions, emphasizing injury prevention and performance enhancement for operators and aircrew.

The role requires 5+ years as an outpatient orthopedic PT, CAPTE-accredited DPT, and advanced certifications; schedule is typically Mon–Fri, with potential after-hours

Qualifications

DPT from CAPTE accredited program and recency per DHA-PM guidelines.
APTA Orthopedic or Sports Clinical Specialist certification preferred.
Orthopedic Residency or Fellowship training completed.

Responsibilities

Conduct examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, and intervention for musculoskeletal conditions.
Provide direct access evaluation for acute injuries in an embedded setting.
Develop and implement treatment plans and progress notes per DHA requirements.
Advise unit leaders on injury prevention and rehabilitation protocols.
Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance throughout care.
