Job summary

Reef Systems is seeking a fully qualified Doctor of Physical Therapy to support the 10 ASOS at Fort Riley, KS, implementing a comprehensive Human Performance Optimization program. The PT will assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions, emphasizing injury prevention and performance enhancement for operators and aircrew.

The role requires 5+ years as an outpatient orthopedic PT, CAPTE-accredited DPT, and advanced certifications; schedule is typically Mon–Fri, with potential after-hours

Qualifications

• DPT from CAPTE accredited program and recency per DHA-PM guidelines.
• APTA Orthopedic or Sports Clinical Specialist certification preferred.
• Orthopedic Residency or Fellowship training completed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, and intervention for musculoskeletal conditions.
• Provide direct access evaluation for acute injuries in an embedded setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and progress notes per DHA requirements.
• Advise unit leaders on injury prevention and rehabilitation protocols.
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance throughout care.
