Job summary

Valor Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services at Fort Benning, GA.

The role focuses on enhancing mission readiness and resilience through clinical evaluations, treatment, and performance optimization for service members and their families. The candidate will conduct assessments, establish diagnoses per DSM, and develop reports, with APA ethics and military-level privileges guiding practice.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Predoctoral APA-accredited internship in psychology; postdoctoral fellowship not a substitute.
• Minimum of 500 hours of active practice in past 3 years; government-setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practice within state licensing board guidelines, APA ethics, and MTF privileges.
• Conduct psychological evaluations using clinical interviews, testing, and collateral sources.
• Establish psychiatric diagnoses according to DSM; provide individual and group psychological treatment and support rehabilitation.
• Produce evaluation and/or treatment reports as required.
