Job summary

Barbaricum, a rapidly growing government contractor, seeks mission-focused Mid-Level Operations Domain Systems Engineers to support USSOCOM, its Components, and Joint Staff. You will enable real-time decision-making by supporting COP, C2 systems, and related operational technologies across global mission sets.

This role bridges operational requirements with technology, ensuring units are equipped and trained to execute dynamic missions through COP, OAI management, and mission command systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of progressive technical experience supporting operations or intelligence communities.
• At least 4 years of operational experience in mission planning, C2 platforms, and tactical communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for SOCOM and Joint Staff operational and targeting cycles.
• Train users on COP management, OAI management, CCIR, and TADL.
• Collaborate with regional leads and Joint Task Forces to ensure synchronized support.
• Analyze unit-specific operational technology gaps and report findings.
