SAIC has an opening for a Special Operations Subject Matter Expert (SOF SME) to support the Joint Modernization Command at Fort Bliss, TX. The role focuses on coordinating, planning and integrating SOF Multi-Domain Operations in JWA and PC exercises.

Candidates bring a bachelor's degree with 5+ years (or a master's with 2+ years), an active Secret clearance, and a proven ability to lead multi‑dimensional teams under high tempo conditions, delivering SOF annexes and briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience
• Active Secret clearance required
• Proven track record leading multi‑dimensional teams in high tempo environments delivering on schedule

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and integrate SOF MDO capabilities in JWA and PC exercises
• Produce SOF annexes and appendices for command orders and scenarios
• RecommendSOF incorporation of MDO into exercise designs
• Coordinate with stakeholders for joint manning and augmentation
• Assist EXCON and HICOM during JWAs/PCs
• Act as role player for engagements with exercise leaders
• Participate in JELC planning events and key coordination forums
