Job summary

SAIC seeks a Special Operations Subject Matter Expert to support the Joint Modernization Command at Fort Bliss, TX. The role centers on coordinating SOF Multi-Domain Operations within JWA and Project Convergence exercises.

You will analyze missions, draft SOF annexes, and coordinate with stakeholders for joint manning while providing briefings and information papers. A SECRET clearance and proven leadership in high-tempo environments are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five (5) years or more of experience; Masters degree and 2 years of experience.
• Active Secret clearance
• Proven track record for leading multi-dimensional teams in high pressure, high tempo environments delivering on schedule and within parameters.
• Demonstrated leadership in operations, logistics, and personnel oversight with big-picture focus and attention to detail.
• Strong cross-functional partnership and ability to drive transformation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and integrate SOF MDO capabilities in JWA and PC exercises.
• Conduct mission analysis and produce SOF annexes and SOF incorporation in JWA/PC scenarios.
• Recommend SOF employment within exercise design.
• Participate in SOF forums, briefings and information papers; coordinate joint manning.
• Assist EXCON and HICOM replication during JWAs/PCs and related events.
• Act as a role player for engagements with exercise leaders and staffs.
• Participate in JWA/PC OPT efforts weekly.
• Attend key JELC events (CDC, IPC, MPC, MSEL, FPC, etc.).
