Job summary

IDS International is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (Joint Special Operations) to support Mission Command Exercises aligned with TSOC and JSOTF training objectives. You will provide expertise in joint operations, exercise planning, and SOF mission command training.

The role requires a Secret clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, and two years of relevant SOF HQ staff experience. A sequence of advanced military education is also expected, with flexibility for shifts as projects dictate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Graduate of military officer qualifying courses or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in SOF HQ staff positions performing joint operations.
• Experience researching and planning Mission Command Exercises focusing on TSOC/JSOTF scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Support Mission Command Exercise planning, preparation, coordination, and execution.
• Provide subject matter expertise on joint operations within SOF environments.
• Support TSOC and JSOTF training scenarios.
• Assist with research and development of exercise objectives and scenarios.
• Support mission command training activities for SOF units.
