Job summary

Prescient Edge seeks a SOF Medic SME to support a Federal government client, providing training, evaluation, and coordination for SOF medical readiness. The role requires interfacing with RRTEG staff, planning multi-unit training, and maintaining equipment accountability in austere environments.

The candidate should have 6+ years SOF medical experience in a SMU, 3 deployments, current paramedic credentials, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Requires 6 years of SOF medical experience in a SMU or equivalent
• Minimum 3 deployments as a maneuver SOF medic or extensive deployed medical planning experience
• Current driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50% of duties
• Active medical licenses/certifications (PANCE/PANRE; AANPC) and related credentials are required
• Experience managing SOF medical programs and personnel is preferred

Responsibilities

• Interface with RRTEG Staff and supported units
• Participate in required meetings
• Advise, assist, coordinate, and create training schedules and lesson outlines
• Provide training and evaluation of individuals and units
• Teach and enforce doctrine and SOPs according to standards
• Coordinate with uniformed personnel to prepare After Action Reports (AAR)
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and equipment is accounted for
• Manage Tactical Combat Casualty Care program across the Marine Raider Regiment
• Develop training affiliations and MOUs with civilian trauma centers
• Maintain knowledge of USSOCOM medical task lists and criteria
