Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Modernization and Automation Lead at MacDill AFB, Florida, to provide systems and network engineering and architecture planning in support of USSOCOM SITEC 3 EOM. You will manage contractor staff, coordinate with government leadership, and drive modernization efforts.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and experience guiding enterprise IT projects, with DoD clearance and DoW 8140 compliance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years with HS; 10+ with AS/AA; 8+ with BS/BA; 6+ with MS/MA.
• DoW TS/SCI clearance.
• DoW 8140 compliant under the Work Role Code 802- IT Project Manager - Intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization and automation efforts across SITEC 3 EOM.
• Manage contractor staff and coordinate with USSOCOM leadership.
• Develop Architect and Engineering services policies and procedures.
• Provide strategic design and support for projects as directed.
