Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Mid-Level SOF Reports Officer to manage HUMINT reporting and coordinate IIR/CCR processing within SAMMC. You will draft, format, and quality-check IIRs, collection messages, and CCRs, ensuring compliance with MACOM/DIA guidance.

The role emphasizes data quality, metrics, and interagency collaboration to support target development and decision-making at the national level.

Qualifications

Requires Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience or 10+ years of relevant work experience.
Experience as HUMINT Reports Manager or Requirements Manager.
Experience in HUMINT reporting, processing, and collection requirements.
Demonstrated expertise in IIR and CCR reporting, quality checking, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

Review HUMINT reporting and the processing of Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs).
Draft, format, review, and quality check IIRs, collection emphasis messages, and CCRs.
Ensure compliance with MACOM and DIA policies and guidance.
Verify information meets PIR and national information collection requirements reporting thresholds.
Maintain IIR reporting metrics to support the collection management mission.
Utilize tools for qualitative review of platform/collector performance.
Support monthly reporting of IIR metrics.
Monitor requirements documentation actions and dataflow management.
Provide real-time updates of collection requirements through databases.
