Job summary

SAIC is seeking a TS/SCI Cleared Program Manager to lead the Task Order execution for the SOF Enterprise Digital Talent Program (SEDTP). This on-site role in Tampa, FL focuses on QA, personnel management, and compliance across CONUS/OCONUS locations.

The ideal candidate has extensive SOF Enterprise experience, strong leadership skills, and a track record of managing large, dispersed teams in a military environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of experience or Master's with 12+ years of experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Demonstrated experience leading data and AI implementation and digital transformation in a military environment.
• Proven experience managing a large, dispersed workforce of 300 personnel or more.
• SOF Enterprise knowledge with 3+ years across multiple SOF commands and HQ staff elements.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management, leadership, and direction for the Task Order execution.
• Implement quality assurance measures to meet contract performance metrics.
• Lead personnel placement efforts in CONUS and OCONUS locations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with USSOCOM leaders to align with mission objectives and requirements.
• Oversee coordination of security clearances and personnel assignments for collateral and SCI requirements.
