Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced TS/SCI cleared Data Science & Analytics Technical Lead to drive the strategic integration of advanced analytics across the SOF Enterprise. On-site in Tampa, FL, the role supports SOCOM HQ and TSOCs with expert data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate has strong SOF analytical support background, leadership of distributed data teams, and a track record delivering digital capabilities in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with fifteen (15) years of experience or Master’s Degree with twelve (12) years of experience.
• Five (5) years of SOF analytical support experience.
• Three (3) years managing distributed data support teams in SOF HQ/echelon.
• Three (3) years experience with SOF digital capabilities.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic integration of advanced analytics and data science within the SOF Enterprise.
• Utilize scientific methods and algorithms to derive actionable insights from structured and unstructured data.
• Provide critical data support to HQ staff and TSOCs to improve decision‑making and situational awareness.
• Lead and oversee geographically distributed data support teams and synchronize with SOF priorities.
• Collaborate with SOF HQ elements and TSOCs to analyze digital data and operational requirements.
