Job summary

KBR Careers is looking for a Special Operations Occupational Therapist to provide evaluation and rehabilitation for service members and their families at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. This role involves conducting cognitive assessments and developing tailored rehabilitation plans for optimal operational readiness.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and experience in cognitive rehabilitation. Benefits include relocation assistance and competitive lifestyle benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance within 6 months of hiring.
• Minimum of three years clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in cognitive rehabilitation or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive cognitive performance evaluations.
• Develop individualized cognitive performance plans.
• Implement cognitive rehabilitation protocols for operators returning from injury.
• Educate service members on cognitive resilience and recovery best practices.

Skills

Cognitive assessment and intervention

Ability to function within a multidisciplinary team

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with neurocognitive testing

Education

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

Current Occupational Therapist license

National Board Certification (NBCOT)
