Job summary

Maximus seeks a Certified Athletic Trainer to provide comprehensive sports medicine services that optimize mission readiness, longevity, and performance of SOF personnel. The ATC supports injury mitigation, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation as part of an integrated human performance team.

Candidates should have a Master’s degree plus 7+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination. Current state license and NATA BOC certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant field and 7+ years of relevant professional experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training required; master’s or clinical doctorate degree preferred.
• Current state license required; NATA BOC certification as an Athletic Trainer required.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership with day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with contract and regulations.
• Analyze reports for performance measurement and efficiencies.
• Advise POTFF/Physical Domain Manager on injury mitigation, sports medicine, rehabilitation, and bridging.
