Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a SOF Analyst in Virginia Beach, VA with a Secret clearance. The role involves supporting DoD SOF capability development and producing standardized JCIDS/SOFCIDS/DAS documentation.

Qualified candidates will have a U.S. engineering or technical degree, DAU certificates, and multiple years in program management and SOF writing. The position is onsite in Virginia Beach with compliance to DoD requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited U.S. College in engineering or other technical field.
• Defense Acquisition University (DAU) certificates in CLR 101, RQM 110, CLR 151, CLR 250, and CLR 252, (and RQM 310, preferred, not required).
• At least 3 years' experience performing Program/Project Management functions.
• At least 5 years' experience developing capability requirements generation and documentation.
• At least 3 years' experience performing analytical and technical writing for Special Operations Forces (SOF) or any of its components, including developing, researching, compiling, organizing, and documenting Special Operations Forces Capabilities Integration and Development System (SOFCIDS) capability gaps and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Research subject matter as required to support document development, including identifying relevant final reports or products.
• Identify and record referenced final reports, or other resulting products, of studies or analyses.
• Provide deliverable JCIDS/SOFCIDS/DAS documents shall be written in accordance with applicable requirement generation and DoD acquisition standards, instructions, directives, and references, conforming with the latest template, form, and format guidance.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Research subject matter as required to support document development. Research contacts may include industry, academia, and other commands, as necessary and appropriate.

• Provide deliverable JCIDS/SOFCIDS/DAS documents shall be written in accordance with applicable requirement generation and DoD acquisition standards, instructions, directives, and references, conforming with the latest template, form, and format guidance.

• The Contractor SME shall have the ability to work in a classified environment and adhere to the proper protocols and requirements for processing, handling, and storing classified materials.
