Job summary

Planned Systems International, Inc. seeks an Aircrew Controller for AFSOC mission rehearsal at Hurlburt Field, FL. The role trains aircrews in tasks, contributes to after-action inputs, and ensures training demonstrations comply with the approved plan.

Requirements include LZ/DZ operations experience, security clearance eligibility, and strong English communication. Expect 5–6 day weeks with field deployment as needed.

Qualifications

• Active T3 security clearance eligibility.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical requirements.
• Strong English reading, writing and speaking skills.
• JTAC/GFC role-play proficiency and radio comms experience.
• Knowledge of ATC/aircraft coordination and C2 structures.

Responsibilities

• Control aircraft range entry and LZ/DZ operations.
• Oversee safe execution of AFSOC aircraft in coordination with government officials.
• Monitor suspense systems and disseminate decisions to government counterparts.
• Support aircrew, ground, and continuation training sorties.
• Direct personnel to simulate enemy TTPs during training missions.
• Adapt to government equipment reconfigurations and upgrades.
• Utilize new techniques and technologies as provided by government programs.
