Job summary

Planned Systems International is seeking an AFSOC Mission Rehearsal Training Aircrew Controller at Hurlburt Field in Florida. The role trains and evaluates aircrew, supports after action reviews, and ensures training tasks meet standards.

You will emulate friendly and opposing forces, manage range operations, and coordinate with government officials. Ideal candidates will have active T3 clearance eligibility, a valid driver's license, knowledge of military C2 structures, and ability to lift 50

Qualifications

• Active T3 investigation and ability to obtain security clearance guidance as required.
• Valid civilian driver’s license for operated vehicles.
• Knowledge of military command and control structures and interfaces.
• Must complete AFSOC LZSO/DZSO training and be certified within 30 days of starting.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Controls aircraft range entry/exit and manages LZ/DZ operations.
• Oversee and advise government officials on safe execution of AFSOC aircraft.
• Monitor suspense systems and disseminate decisions and directives to officials.
• Support aircrew training and sorties by emulating friendly and opposing forces.
• Direct personnel to mimic enemy Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures.
