Sociology Instructor - Adjunct - Pullman, WA

Spokane Falls Community College is seeking qualified candidates for consideration of employment as Sociology Adjunct Instructor in the Social Science, Business, and Human Services (SSBHS) division.

This is an adjunct (part-time) position. Compensation will be pro‑rated according to the amount of workload assigned.

Starting salary is $42.05 - $89.48 per hour based on workload category.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepares for and instructs lower‑division sociology courses online or on‑ground.

  • Communicates expectations and establishes clear grading criteria, develops course syllabi, handouts, and instructional materials, evaluates student progress, and provides timely feedback.
