Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive biopsychosocial and mental health assessments and formulates diagnostic impressions.
• Responds to urgent mental health and psychosocial crises across clinical, community, and emergent settings.
• Provides clinical case management addressing medical, behavioral health, social, environmental, and cultural determinants of health.
• Provides consultation to medical, behavioral health, and administrative staff regarding psychosocial factors impacting patient care.
