Qualifications

• Must hold a Master of Social Work degree from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Eligibility for licensure as LISW/LCSW/CISW/LMSW or equivalent within 9 months of application.
• Experience with mental health assessments and psychosocial evaluations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and mental health assessments and formulate diagnostic impressions.
• Respond to urgent crises in clinical, community, and emergent settings.
• Provide clinical case management addressing medical, behavioral, social, environmental, and cultural determinants of health.
• Provide consultation to medical and behavioral health staff regarding psychosocial factors affecting care.
