Pines of Sarasota is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our skilled nursing facility team in Sarasota, FL. The Social Worker will manage a caseload of residents, collaborate with the care team, and ensure adherence to professional standards and regulations to deliver high‑quality resident care.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Gerontology, or related field and at least one year of social work experience in a medical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Gerontology, or a related field.
• A minimum of one year of experience in conducting social work activities within a skilled nursing facility, hospital, or other relevant medical setting.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the achievement of Social Services Department objectives by adhering to professional standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the Director of Social Services and care teams to ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with AHCA guidelines.
