Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field is required.
• One year supervised social work experience in a health care setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises psychosocial support and services provided by Social Worker and Social Services Designee.
• Interviews, recommend hires and trains employees.
• Plans, assigns, and directs workflow.
• Prepares performance evaluations affecting tenure and wage increases.
• Schedules and adjusts lunch and rest breaks.
• Resolves employee complaints and monitors performance.
